Located in the heart of Central Austin’s storied Old Enfield neighborhood, this project centered around the complete restoration of a 1935 residence—blending timeless character with modern comfort. With a deep respect for the home’s original architecture, our team undertook extensive millwork and trim detailing throughout the interior, carefully crafted to honor and enhance the home’s historical charm. The renovation extended beyond the interior, with the addition of a fully integrated outdoor living space featuring a pool, custom kitchen, and a screened-in porch—creating a seamless transition between old-world elegance and contemporary lifestyle. To ensure the home functions as beautifully as it looks, all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were fully updated to meet today’s standards, bringing modern efficiency to this meticulously restored classic.
