Expanding Space, Elevating Function

In Rob Roy, this renovation focused on expanding and enhancing the heart of the home. We increased the kitchen’s footprint and added a spacious scullery in collaboration with designer Betsy Hicks. New countertops, wood flooring, fresh paint, updated windows and doors, and a redesigned primary and powder bath complete the transformation—blending elevated design with everyday functionality.
